Shabad Interpretation in English:

I hear the beauteous celestial music. When twilight has dawned I see the face of my beloved and my home is filled with pleasure and peace. With all my means I have made an effort and have abandoned all care and fear. Relaying upon the Lord, I have commenced all my life’s affairs. I have cleansed my mind’s abode and I ask the saints about my Lord. Seeking and searching I have met my groom and bowing at His feet, I devote myself to His devotion. When my spouse Lord comes to rest in my mind I sing in ecstasy. My friends and intimates were comforted too when Guru made me meet my Perfect Lord. My companions and mates are in bliss as my Guru has accomplished my tasks. Says Nanak, I have met with my spouse Lord, the giver of peace and I am not leaving Him ever.

Shabad Interpretation in Punjabi:
